Sonia Roux
Sonia Roux is a Counselling Psychologist based in Pretoria. She completed her MA (Counselling Psychology) at the University of Pretoria in 1997 Cum Laude.
Sonia, conversant in Afrikaans, English and German, specialises in career counselling, assisting people with subject and career choices and changes. She has been involved in career counselling and/or psychometry in various capacities since 1991.
She was previously employed at the HSRC, the Career Services Division of the Department of Labour, and the University of Pretoria (Counselling Division) before opening her practice.
As a community project, Sonia annually organises several career expos to create opportunities for people to obtain information on career and training options.
She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Counselling Psychologist in independent practice and with the Board of Health Care Funders (BHF).
Carol Joubert
Carol Joubert is a Psychometrist and has been part of the team since 2016. She completed her Honours degree in Industrial Psychology at North West University in 2014 and registered as a Psychometrist in independent practice at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in 2015.
Carol recently completed her Masters degree in Industrial Psychology at the University of Pretoria and is in the process of doing her internship.
Shayne Cramer
As practice manager, Shayne heads communication, finances and daily operations.
Thandi Mahlangu
Thandi is in charge of housekeeping and ensures that our practice is neat and tidy.
Steven Phiri
As maintenance manager, Steven takes care of our gardens and facilities to create a tranquil environment.
